Community Credit
A score built from promises kept, not years in one country.
Community Credit runs 0 to 1000 and is recomputed as you go. It is proprietary, Wiremi underwrites its own lending against it, and it is never presented as a bureau score, because it is not one.

Twelve months
A score that moves for reasons you can read.
This is one record from account opening to Trusted tier. Every step names the obligation that moved it and what that obligation was worth.

We publish the weights. Four today, and more to come.
A score you cannot interrogate is a score you cannot improve. Every source is named, weighted and visible in the app, and every event that moves it is logged with the amount it moved.
The largest weight sits on the thing no other lender counts, because it is the thing that predicts repayment best. Utilities, transactions and business conduct are next to join the weighting, and each will be published the same way the day it does.

Tiers
Your tier sets the ceiling on what you can be charged.
Wiremi prices every loan from your tier and your record. You accept the offer or you decline it. Nobody negotiates, and no peer benefactor funding your loan can change the rate.

What the score is carrying
Every source is a live obligation, not a historical average.
The score does not settle. A contribution clears and it moves. A payout turn is taken and it moves. A month of rent lands and it moves. The app shows the reporting rhythm week by week so you can see the pattern you are actually running.
Sources go live one at a time. Rent starts counting from the first month we can verify against your lease or your receipts.

Who reads it
A score nobody reads is a number you own alone.
Community Credit is ours, so we are precise about who sees it and when. Three parties read your standing, each for a different reason, and one of them only with your consent.
Wiremi
We underwrite our own lending against it. Your tier sets the ceiling on the rate you can be charged, the limits you can hold, and what you qualify for next.
You
Every event that moved the score is in the app with the amount it moved, alongside the weights behind it. A score you cannot interrogate is a score you cannot improve.
Lenders and banks
Through Wiremi Verify, and only when you approve the request. They see the depth you agreed to, for thirty days, and the request is logged on both sides.
Nobody else. Community Credit does not appear on a credit report, it is not sold, and it is not shared with an employer, an insurer or a marketing partner. When a lender or a landlord does need to read it, they ask through Wiremi Verify and you approve the request yourself.
What it unlocks
The score is the key. These are the doors.
Every one of these prices off your tier, and every one of them is available the moment the score exists. There is no waiting period and nothing to apply for first.

What it costs
The score is free. It is not the paid part.
A credit file you cannot build without paying is not a credit file, it is a subscription. So Community Credit works in full on the free plan, all four sources, the whole trajectory, every tier.
What the paid plans widen is what you can do with it: the full factor breakdown, the alternative signals you are allowed to report, and what you can share through Verify.
Passport is $9.99 a month, Premium $19.99. Both are cancellable in the app, as a flow, not a support ticket.
Circle faithfulness, above every other signal

Questions people actually ask
- Does Community Credit affect my credit score in Canada?
- No. Community Credit is a Wiremi score and it is not a bureau score. What it does is unlock money inside Wiremi, and let a lender or a landlord read your standing through Wiremi Verify when you approve it.
- What happens if I miss a circle contribution?
- It is recorded, and the app tells you so at the moment you pick a funding source, before the payment, not after it. One missed contribution is a dent, not a collapse; the score reads the pattern across every cycle you have run.
- Why is savings the smallest weight?
- Because holding money is not the same as keeping a promise to another person. A locked savings goal shows discipline and it counts, but a circle contribution has somebody on the other end of it, and that is what makes it predictive.
- Can Wiremi change my score by hand?
- Any manual adjustment carries a reason and the name of the person who made it, and it is written to the audit record. The score is otherwise computed from your events alone.
- Do I need a paid plan for Community Credit?
- No. Community Credit works on every plan, including Free. Paid plans widen what you can report and what you can share. See plans.
